Foscam R2

Postby Schrs » Fri Nov 18, 2016 8:12 am

Hello, the foscam R2 isn't in the camera list, video is working but not PTZ. Is there a compatible camera for using the right format?

I just bought a Foscam R2 camera. Were you able to make yours work correctly?

I could use any suggestions.

Thank you;

I have the same problem, I can't get my Foscam R2 camera working with iSpy. Its not listed in the cameras list and the rtsp address that I'm using for the C1 doesn't work either.

I set up my Foscam R2 using a JPEG URL, with the ip and port 88, and provided login information. I'm able to use the PTZ, alerts work great, motion detection, etc. love it!

I have the Foscam R2; and some how managed to get it to work (PTZ and all). I think i set it up as "foscam other 2". anyway, it has the JPEG and URL and ONVIF URLs configured as far as I can tell.

I tired both the other and other2 but I can't get past the select URL part. I also tried the jpeg setup - but what address did you use the ip:port?

I tried both the other and other2 and got stuck on the pick a URL part and cant get pass that. I also tried the jpg option but could never get it to connect. Are you using the IP address and port in the address i.e. ip:port?
