When posting bugs please check the ispy log file (in iSpy click view - log file) for any error messages. If iSpy has crashed then check the windows event log for messages and include these messages with your bug report.
Detailed information on how to reproduce the issue, how you are connecting to your cameras (USB/ FFMPEG/ VLC etc) and any quirks you have with your setup (like saving to a network drive) will increase the chances of resolving the issue.
Please check the log file and provide steps to reproduce your issue when reporting bugs.
