iegeek 1080 bullet

Postby workinlate » Tue Jan 16, 2018 3:34 pm

I have recently purchased and successfully installed my first cam Iegeek 1080 bullet ( I live in UK and bought from amazon) . No matter what i try, no matter what guides or you tube videos I watch I am unable to get ispy to work for me (oh I am on windows 10)

The phone app on my android Camhi works fine.

Any suggestiona as to what i am doing wrong or info that i spy has yet to support this model would be great

Oh Iegeek's web site and support sucks so hope ispy and their users can help me

Hi, I also have one of these bought earlier this month. I'm assuming you have installed iSpy and are ready to connect? I would set a static IP on the cam by going directly to the IP in IE and setting it up.

Then in iSpy:

Click Add>IP Cam with Wizard
Tick 'Listed' and type 'ieGeek: bullet' in Make>Click Next
Enter username and password>Next
Click 'Scan Local Network'>Highlight your cam and click next
It will return a feed: ie JPEG http://user:password@192.168.x.x/tmpfs/auto.jpg, choose it and click next
You should then see your cam in iSpy. Then you configure as needed...

EDIT: i have gotten better results with this as the feed: rtsp://user:password@192.168.x.x:554/11 (as an FFMPEG feed)
