Hello community...

I'm doing some IT consulting on an escape room and I'm trying to find a good way of seeing, hearing, and talking to the room..
There's 3 rooms...
The initial room needs 2 cameras, 2nd room needs 1, and the last room needs 1...

I'd love to do a IP camera / NVR system but the NVR needs to have a way of sending the audio out to a pair of headphones or RCA jacks...

We have a small mixer BEHRINGER XENYX Q802USB that will be connected via the desktop for playing the clues, music, and video to the rooms. The game master will have a desktop mic plugged into the mixer or the boom mic from the headset.

------------Update--------
I have decided to go with the FI9831P, along with foscam's pc software to hear, using the head set plugged into the onboard sound card on the pc to hear the camera software, and the mixing board to talk in the room.. If anyone has any thoughts on this let me know.
